Beckway Ventures (BV) is a private investment firm which partners with seasoned executives to build-and-sell new businesses in industry segments for which they have deep career-long expertise. The executives with whom we partner have typically sold their businesses or exited their corporate roles; their non-competes have expired; and they’re interested in building and selling new businesses based upon their experiences, insights and contacts. Together, we significantly accelerate the launching, growing and selling of $2-5 million EBITDA businesses within three to four years at attractive multiples to lower middle market private equity firms.

Unlike many venture capital firms, BV avoids high tech startups led by relatively un-seasoned executives; we avoid process-driven deal structures and multiple investment rounds. Instead, we focus on basic and proven businesses and executives, well-proven technologies and low capital expenditure requirements. We partner with executives who can quickly replicate and grow something they’ve already done before, be that in the areas of light manufacturing, distribution, field services or business services re-dos.
