Rich is an Operating Partner at Beckway Group. He accelerates growth and business transformation at private equity portfolio companies. He actively partners with everyone from the management team to floor associates to implement strategy, improve performance, and build platforms for growth. Rich has executive and operating experience in turnaround, integration, optimization, operational excellence, and margin enhancement situations at leading companies across the Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail, and Automotive industries.

Before joining us Rich was the Vice President of Global Operations at JetSmarter, a Clearlake Capital portfolio company, Head of Operations for Uber in a top region, an Operations & Strategy consultant at Deloitte, and a military special operations officer.

Rich earned his MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business with concentrations in Strategy and Financial Analysis, and his BS from Northeastern University.
