Shayne is currently the CIO of Propelled Brands (FASTSIGNS, NerdsToGo). There, he is responsible for global technology strategy and innovation. Shayne provides business transformation oversight and is heavily involved in private equity acquisitions and integrations. 

Prior to joining the Propelled team in 2019, Shayne was the CIO for Neighborly, Inc. (previously The Dwyer Group) for 6 years. During that time, he created the technology infrastructure that today integrates more than 25 franchise brands and enables Neighborly’s digital platforms. Shayne was also the president of ZorWare, LLC, a Neighborly company that provides technology solutions and technical support to franchisees.

Before joining Neighborly, Shayne served as Senior Vice-President for a Mark Cuban-owned data center and cloud services company in Dallas, Texas, where he focused on delivering cloud-based technology solutions to consumer and enterprise customers. Shayne also spent over a decade launching and managing a series of startups in technology consulting, e-commerce, commercial printing and manufacturing. After selling these businesses in 2008, he held a Board of Directors seat and served as President of the operating entities until 2011.

He began his career with IBM where he worked in networking, data analytics and business intelligence teams. Shayne is a native Texan that enjoys golf, boating, and spending time outdoors with his family.
